This very controversial study of Medical Mistakes and Errors is required study each renewal period by some state boards. Learn about the massage therapist's role in prevention of medical errors for client safety, incorporating clinical communication skills like neuron-linguistics, communicating through touch, handling inappropriate behavior, psychological dynamics relating to massaging children; adults: how men and women relate to massage differently, seniors' experiencing pain from massage and working with handicapped Olympians.

Stay informed through reading research done by governmental agencies and others, including ideas on solutions and defining "what are" legitimate errors and mistakes.
