Florida Massage Therapists 2025 Renewal Cycle and Beyond
August 31, 2025, is the deadline for Florida massage therapists to complete their continuing education for the 2025 renewal cycle. This date also marks the end of our pre-recorded webinar classes as live CE hours. Below is a portion of an email we received from CE Broker about ‘Anytime’ courses that were temporarily approved for live hours.
“The Florida Board of Massage Therapy held its board meeting on August 27th, and this morning we received confirmation from our board partners regarding their decision. Starting September 1st, 2025, the board will revert to the original delivery method requirement for the subject area relevant to and focused on massage therapy techniques."
“Following the August 31st, 2025, renewal, all courses in this subject area must be offered in person with hands-on classroom instruction. Anytime courses currently registered under this subject area will automatically expire at 11:59 PM Eastern on that date. They will not convert to a General continuing education course; instead, they will be removed from the course search and will no longer be available for completion or credit.”
