• Webinar orders come with a course-instructions download document at the end of the purchase. It explains everything needed from taking the course to testing and getting your certificate. Be sure to jot down your order ID # seen just below the download box on the receipt, you'll need it when testing.

Can't get into your test?

1. Are you typing the same email address and other information as seen on your order form?

2. Your Order ID # is on the receipt seen immediatley after purchase as explained above. Also, our website sends 2 emails/receipts- only the one with the download link has your order ID #.

3. Always check your junk or spam folder for our emails and know that some of them have been known to go into the junk or spam box.

4. Did you put an MA or any other letters as part of your lic. number when ordering? Did you use a space? 

5. Once you are in, it will ask for the testing password from page 2 of your book. 

6. Your name and address must be typed in EXACTLY as it was on the order form when asked for.
