Can't get in?

Did you use all caps in your email address? or Try your other email address.

Your Order ID is on your original emailed receipt (upper left hand area).

Did you put an MA before your lic. number when ordering? Did you use a space? 

Once you are in it will ask for the password from page 2 of your book. 

Your name and address must be typed in EXACTLY as it was on the order form when asked for.
