This was my favorite online course so far.  The information about nutritional and amino acid supplements like 5-HTP to treat general anxiety and depression is wonderful to hear, and a much needed alternative to medications with serious side effects  ~Elizabeth C., WV
 

I have a client with CP and this course has helped me to provide better release and more relief from the pain of tension. I would definitely give all 10's.  I found this course to be very educating.  I suffer from anxiety, and have an uncle with PTSD.  So I not only found it educating from a massage therapist standpoint, but also from a personal situation.  It has given me creative ideas to work with PTSD clients in the future which is more than I expected from the course originally.   Thank you, Lisa
